These Terms and Conditions apply only to physical merchandise purchased from On Location Gifts through the online store at mysticfallstours.com. They do not apply to tour reservations or event tickets, which may have separate terms and policies.

By placing a merchandise order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ORDER INFORMATION

Please review all product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, contact information, and shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

If you discover a mistake after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after processing has begun.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability accurate. Product availability may change without notice.

If we are unable to fulfill an item after payment has been collected, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item.

PAYMENT

Payment is collected when an order is placed. The order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, is displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND SHIPPING DAMAGE

All merchandise sales are final. On Location Gifts does not accept returns or exchanges.

Incorrect or defective items may qualify for replacement. Damage that occurs during shipping must be handled through an insurance claim filed by the customer with the shipping carrier.
