Important Info
All guests must sign a waiver and non-compete agreement before the tour. Video recording of the full tour is not permitted (short clips are fine). For safety, no high heels, wedges, or wedge boots are allowed — no exceptions. Due to local car seat laws, children under 5 cannot be accommodated at this time.

Mystic Falls Private Tour
Our private tours are ideal for fans who want a more intimate, behind-the-scenes experience. It’s just you, your group, and your guide—no other guests! For groups of 5 or fewer, we use a golf cart, while groups of 6 or more tour in a private tram. You'll have the opportunity to visit filming locations that are not included in our public tour. Vampire Stalkers have exclusive access to Lockwood Mansion, Ancestor Witches' House, and the swing and porch at the Gilbert House. Your guide will also share additional stories and make special stops just for your group. Private tour pricing varies depending on group size, time of year, and current demand.
